Teles on the Conservative Legal Movement

Some Scene readers might be interested in a new book by my friend and professor Steve Teles. He covers the nitty-gritty spadework of how various conservative and libertarian law schools, foundations, and think tanks made their move on the legal system over the past few decades. Since electoral advantage is not enough to effect change in the nation’s legal framework, conservatives mobilized to build an intellectual infrastructure that could support their long-term ideological project. Orin Kerr at the Volokh Conspiracy has written up his reactions, and you can order your very own copy here.
