That'll Get Your Heart Started
I’ll admit, like most District residents and office workers, I treat Walk and Don’t Walk signals mostly as suggestions. (We’re taxed without representation; the least they can do is cut us some slack on jaywalking.) But dance jogging through downtown traffic — as this man seems to be doing (and just a few blocks from my office, too) — has never once occurred to me, though that may simply be a result of my longstanding aversion to spandex.
Good thing he didn’t try this near the Jefferson Memorial.
