Is Hillary dropping out? Is she staying in? Did the Vanity Fair story on Bill play a part? Will she continue to snipe at Obama? What will the women say? What about the bloggers? Is she just suspending? What does it mean? Isn’t it what Romney did? Does anyone care? Doesn’t this just leave us in basically the same place as before: With Obama headed toward the Democratic nomination? What did Hillary accomplish? Will this play in Peoria? How many blog posts will Andrew Sullivan write about this? How many of them will you read? How many editors at TNR and/or Slate are, after months of hinting that Hillary should quit, working on pieces arguing the case for why Hillary should’ve stayed in? What does Michael Barone think? Is Keith Olbermann to blame? How about Bill O’Reilly? Will it ever end? And if so, how?
And, does Desmond have to go back too for the island to accept them? Because he won’t dig it.

But, Sonny, Penny’s life in is danger if he does. Ben wants to kill Penny, and if Ben convinces Jack that Jack needs Desmond then Jack leads Ben to Penny via Desmond and Ben kills Penny, which might singlehandedly tip the popular vote towards Hillary Clinton over Barack Obama unless Jin is still alive somehow.

I think the Jin vote will end up carrying the day, because there’s no chance he was killed on that boat. Sun’s quest for revenge against Jack will lead her back to the island, where she will be reunited with Jin and forgive Jack and take down Widmore. Then they’ll all team up to stop Ben from killing Penny for revenge, hiding out on the island for awhile (since Ben can never come back), then use the orchid to go back in time (like the bunny) and change the votes in Hillary’s favor. It’s all so simple!
