The Voice of Authority

If you were never convinced by Jim Manzi that some sort of Wall Street bailout was the least bad option, Lee “Scratch” Perry has lent his endorsement to Paulson and Bernanke:

The money come to bail out Wall Street and the American bank, better them accept than not accept it because if them accept it they will have a chance to replace the business that disappear.

This is from the “Global Hit” section of PRI’s The World, which features Scratch’s economic commentary and his latest single, “Heavy Voodoo.” Includes Keith Richards on guitar, MP3 available here.
