Preemptive Spitzer Correction!
Chris Hayes and I recorded a Bloggingheads diavlog earlier today, and as always Chris was very insightful and smart. I rambled, and was alarmed to see that I use a troublingly high number of “kind ofs” and “likes” when expressing disagreement. I also misleadingly suggested that Eliot Spitzer told an untruth about the Antarctica Liberation Front. That was not my intention, I promise! I mangled the point. The misleading characterization was not Spitzer’s, but rather that of a classmate.
How embarrassing: I’m sorry about this guys. We were also plagued by technical difficulties, and I’m entirely responsible for that too. I fear my brain has turned to soup.
Also, check out this Weekly Standard dispatch by Michael Goodwin and Fred Siegel.
