You’re syllogism has problems. Its invalid because it’s premises don’t necessarily lead to it’s conclusion.

I’m sure you know this, but this isn’t actually a syllogism; in a syllogism, the first clause is particular and the second clause is general, here both clauses are sorta-inbetween.
