I’m guessing that Noam will become one of the central chroniclers of the Obama administration’s economic policy, along with Chris Hayes, who has been doing yeoman work in his new column for The Nation. I had the pleasure of chatting with Noam recently, and I learned a heck of a lot.
reihan, you never talk about your foreign policy views. How come?
I hope it is not because you are afraid of being stigmatized as an unrepentant neocon and neo-imperialist. That is not a very good reason.

Reihan, you’re putting up some super-bitchen stuff on the Atlantic‘s business “channel” lately and I’d catch it more easily were it here. Does your agreement with them prevent cross-posting the material?
What the…. there’s a new comment verification thingie! And it wants me to type “the two words,” those being “England” and “35.8,” but “35.8” isn’t a word and “England” just pisses me off.
