This Is How It Flops
It’s a little late, but my National Review take on This Is How it Starts, a novel set amongst Georgetown’s mid-20s party set, is now online. Condensed version? The author, a young speechwriter for the Center for American Progress, shows some promise, but overall, I didn’t like it very much.
This is a great piece. Very thought provoking. I like the sort of ending that leaves it opn to personal input. Makes it work for just about everyone I think. Nicely done! I’ll subscribe.
