Cracking the Whip
Like a lot of children of the 80s, I’m a lifelong Indiana Jones fan, so while it pains me a bit that I can’t say Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull is a great movie, I’m relieved to say that it’s far from a travesty — and, as I argue in my review today, it’s often quite a lot of fun..
The link doesn’t work.

There’s a “the” at the start of the url. SO if you copy the url and past it into a new window and remove the “the” you can get to the review.

When I saw the last Indiana Jones movie in the theater, I thought it was good, not great. But time (and many worse movies later), it has risen greatly in my estimation.
The combination of time and its position in a hallowed cannon of films should do the same to the Crystal Skull.
(disclosure: I am a big fan of Temple of Doom, which doesn’t get much respect…some people just don’t like death cults and human sacrifice I guess…)
