To them, a bidet is a mystery.
We’re so accustomed to peace among Europe’s major powers that we forget the profound resentments that continue to fester beneath the surface. I’m very concerned that Aurelio De Laurentiis’s recent remarks about Britain, and in particular about British women, will end in a renewed cycle of bloodletting.
What is it with Americans and their fascinations for bidets?

that was silly about bidets. French apartments and houses are hardly ever equipped with them nowadays. they’re antique & quaint things people don’t think of using or even buying.

My house in Chattanooga came with a bidet. Water goes at least five feet in the air. (I’m dead serious.)
